Kitty Mafia offers foster to adopt in some cases. Foster to adopt is for people who would like to foster a cat/kitten with the intent to adopt once the cat/kitten is ready. A foster to adopt application must be completed and approved for the cat/kitten(s) you are interested in. The full adoption fee is due upon the start of the foster to adopt agreement .During the foster period, vetting is provided by The Kitty Mafia (Refer to foster to adopt agreement for specific details). Supplies are the responsibility of the foster to adopt parent. Once the cat/kitten is ready for adoption, the foster agreement will become an adoption agreement. At this time, contract is due. While under the foster period, the cat/kitten is still "owned" by Kitty Mafia and we reserve to right to end the foster agreement and remove the cat/kitten from your care if we see fit.
